SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

Every piece is made to order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed, so please allow time for your artwork to be produced before it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Delivery times include both production and shipping and may vary depending on the product, destination, time of year, and carrier delays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package on its way to you.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be produced and shipped separately. This means parts of the same order may arrive in different packages or on different days.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside my control may affect delivery times.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost, please contact me with your order number so I can help investigate the shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Orders believed to be lost in transit should be reported as soon as possible so the shipment can be investigated.
