MADE TO ORDER

Every piece is made to order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed, so please allow time for your artwork to be produced before it ships.


DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Delivery times include both production and shipping and may vary depending on the product, destination, time of year, and carrier delays.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your order on its way to you.


MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. This means parts of your order may arrive in different packages or on different days.


SHIPPING DELAYS
